Allegra re-opens west London wine bar Albertine!
It’s with real excitement we can announce that Allegra’s new venture brings Albertine back into the family fold. Originally opened by her mother back in 1978, the much loved Shepherd’s Bush wine bar, is back under family ownership and will open at the end of the month with a refurbished bar and new little restaurant upstairs. With pastries, coffee and bacon rolls in the morning and a simple lunchtime menu in the bar, wine will still play a key role. While upstairs the restaurant will serve seasonal British and Italian plates including smoked eels with yellow beetroots and pickled agretti and gnocchi alla romana.
